Hours: ~15 hours/week (flexible)
Start: As soon as possible

As our new Student Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers in Columbus. You’ll support our Talent Acquisition team in daily operations and contribute to activities that strengthen our employer brand and our ability to attract great talent.

You will be responsible for

· Assisting with administrative tasks across recruitment processes

· Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels

· Booking and coordinating initial recruitment meetings, including communication with candidates and hiring managers

· Ensuring a consistently strong and professional candidate experience

· Supporting the tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics and data

· Participating in employer branding activities

· Providing ad hoc support across the broader People Team

Who you are

· Currently in the final years of your bachelor’s degree or in the first year of your master’s within HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a similar field

· Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and develop your professional skills

· Structured, detail-oriented, and known for your “can-do” mindset and positive energy

· Comfortable working in digital systems and handling confidential information with care

· Thrive in a dynamic, international growth environment where no two days are the same

· Fluent in both Danish and English
