We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead for Denmark to strengthen how we work with hiring, search, and talent decisions across the organization.
Your role
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to hiring managers and leaders across Columbus in Denmark, while also taking an active role in identifying and engaging the right talent in the market.
You will take ownership of recruitment processes from early role scoping and hiring strategy to candidate assessment and final hiring decisions.
A key part of the role is helping leaders clarify capability needs, challenge assumptions, and ensure that hiring decisions support both immediate delivery needs and long-term organizational development.
At the same time, you will work hands-on with search and proactive sourcing, using your market insight, network, and candidate knowledge to identify and attract strong profiles, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill roles. Your ability to understand the talent landscape and engage relevant candidates will be central to success in the role.
You will also contribute to developing our Talent Acquisition setup, including how we use tools, data, and AI to enable more effective and modern recruitment processes.
Key focus areas
Acting as a strategic hiring advisor on role definition, hiring strategy, candidate assessment, and final hiring decisions
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across Denmark
Driving proactive search, talent mapping, and pipeline building for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Using market insight and personal networks to identify, approach, and engage relevant candidates
Partnering with leaders to understand capability gaps and translate these into effective hiring approaches
Strengthening collaboration between Talent Acquisition and the business to improve hiring quality and decision-making
Continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working, including exploring how AI and new technologies can support Talent Acquisition
Who you are
You care deeply about Talent Acquisition and the role it plays in shaping organizations over time.
You likely bring experience recruiting within IT consulting, technology services, or another knowledge-driven environment. You understand the dynamics of hiring specialized talent and are comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders.
You are confident working with search, sourcing, interviews, and candidate assessment, and you enjoy identifying strong candidates as much as evaluating their potential and long-term fit.
Just as importantly, you enjoy partnering closely with leaders and acting as a trusted advisor in hiring decisions. You are comfortable discussing role scope, challenging assumptions, and helping managers make thoughtful, well-founded hiring decisions.
You combine curiosity with pragmatism and are comfortable taking ownership. You thrive in an environment where Talent Acquisition is closely connected to the business and where good hiring decisions truly matter.
