As an Associate Data & AI Governance Consultant in the Data & AI business line, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to build a secure foundation enabling their first steps with AI. You will support ensuring that these foundations are secure, responsible, and scalable from day one, helping organizations to embrace AI technologies confidently and sustainably.

This role is designed for you who want to kick off your professional career working in the intersection between people and technology, who want to learn how to turn AI ambition into real, usable solutions without compromising security or trust.

Maybe you are a recent graduate or are currently writing your thesis. In this role, you will work closely with experienced consultants, architects, and specialists and be supported through onboarding, mentoring, and structured learning.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Participate in client engagements focused on data governance, AI governance and secure AI enablement

• Take part in designing governance solutions through analysis, workshops, documentation, and presentation materials

• Help clients balance speed, experimentation, and security by applying governance as an enabler rather than a blocker and shaping guardrails that allow innovation while protecting data and users

• Assists clients in protecting sensitive and critical data while making it usable for analytics and AI by embedding security by design into data and AI solutions and strategies

• Help translate business ideas into practical, secure use cases, aligning with risk tolerance for AI and data platforms

• Gradually take ownership of tasks and deliveries as your confidence grows

• Are finishing a master’s degree or have recently graduated in information management, IT/communication & organization, business intelligence, data science, computer science, software engineering or a related field

• Are genuinely curious about data governance & security as an enabler for AI

• Are interested in building AI solutions that are secure, responsible, and trusted

• Enjoy structured thinking, but are not afraid of new and evolving technology

• Communicate clearly and like working with others

• Want to grow into a professional consulting role

You do not need prior consulting experience. Exposure to AI tools, coding, data platforms, or security concepts is a plus - curiosity and a learning mindset matter most.
