📍 Location: Aalborg, Aarhus, and Ballerup 

As a Finance Functional Architect or Senior Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and shaping large-scale, enterprise Dynamics 365 FO implementations and transformation projects. You will build deep, trusted, and value-creating relationships with our customers while also strengthening our internal community. You lead from the front within your area of expertise, share knowledge openly, and help elevate the team around you. 

This means that your tasks may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Collaborating closely with customers to understand, challenge, and optimize end-to-end financial and operational processes across complex business environments 

  • Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical designs for enterprise-grade D365 FO solutions 

  • Supporting customers in adopting new features, capabilities, and best practices across multi-module Finance and Operations implementations 

  • Driving continuous improvement, automation, and system optimization within large and evolving D365 FO landscapes 

  • Demonstrating curiosity and a strong drive to identify, initiate, and contribute to scalable, long-term optimization initiatives 

  • Acting as a trusted advisor who challenges and guides customers toward robust, future-proof, and enterprise-ready solutions 

  • Embracing emerging technologies, including AI, and taking responsibility for communicating their value and opportunities to both customers and colleagues

In this role, you play an active part in shaping how we work, innovate, and grow together on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, with a strong focus on the Finance domain and enterprise-scale solutions. 

You thrive when helping ambitious customers develop, optimize, and extend complex D365 FO environments, and you bring a collaborative mindset to every engagement. You take ownership of your tasks while always keeping the broader business impact and customer success in mind. 

With a customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills, you act as a trusted digital advisor, known for your ability to guide customers through large, complex Dynamics 365 FO initiatives and long-term platform evolution. 

 

 Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of hands-on consultancy experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX2012 

  • Solid experience as a Functional Architect or in a similar senior solution design role is a strong advantage 

  • Proven ability to contribute to presales activities and lead or deliver end-to-end D365 FO implementations for complex business environments 

  • Experience facilitating workshops across analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training in large project settings 

  • Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
