As a Senior Business Consultant or Solution Architect – Infor M3, you will play a central role in some of our most exciting implementation and upgrade projects. You will report to M3 Director Søren Jepsen, and collaborate closely with Kristian Bonde, Head of M3 Denmark, through a dotted reporting structure. Furthermore, you will:

• Advise and design solutions that strengthen our customers’ businesses
• Analyze and optimize processes across Finance, Procurement, Production, or Supply Chain Management
• Translate business requirements into structured M3 configurations and standard best practices
• Ensure solution quality and performance from blueprint to go-live
• Facilitate workshops and drive process alignment across customer organizations
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and M3 specialists across the Nordics

You can be a specialist in one or more of these areas, allowing you to deepen your expertise and make an even greater impact on our customer solutions.

Your qualifications & experience
The ideal candidate brings several years of relevant experience and can deliver impactful solutions. Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience with Infor M3 (CloudSuite experience is a plus) as a Business Consultant, Solution Architect, or advanced superuser
• Strong understanding of business processes within Production, Logistics, Finance, and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Experience supporting or managing complex ERP projects
• Ability to turn business needs into scalable M3 solutions
• A strong drive to deliver tangible results for customers
• Motivation for customer interaction, advisory work, and workshops
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite or similar ERP systems is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English
