As a Sales & Management Consultant Director in Columbus Business Central, you will be a key driver in accelerating our growth within digital transformation and ERP solutions. You will act as a player-coach, executing sales, identifying business opportunities, and serving as a strategic sparring partner to the BC Vice President. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with leadership and our skilled delivery organization.
Your key responsibilities & tasks
- Own and drive sales activities with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and digital transformation.
- Identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities in close collaboration with marketing, partner channels, and networks.
- Facilitate and participate in customer meetings, needs assessments, and proposal processes.
- Develop sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the VP and the global team.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on business development, value creation, and technological maturity.
- Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure onboarding and project execution.
- Provide strategic sparring with the VP on strategy, market trends, business models, and partnerships.
What You Bring
You bring a solid experience as a Sales Director, Management Consultant, or similar role with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development. Furthermore, you have:
- Insight into digital transformation, ERP, and the Microsoft ecosystem – preferably with specific experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational capabilities – you thrive on being hands-on.
- Strong relationship builder with impact and negotiation skills at C-level.
- Motivated by creating growth, new solutions, and developing both customers and the organization.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
