Facility Assistant - Maternity Cover
Do you have an eye for detail, love creating order, and get energized by helping others? We’re looking for a Facility Assistant who, with a creative service mindset, wants to help create an environment where both colleagues and visitors feel warmly welcomed, inspired, and seen!
You will work with a variety of practical tasks. Your daily focus will mainly be to provide the best support for our colleagues and guests so they can work in a great office environment.
📍 Location: Ballerup | Full-time
📅 Duration: Until the 30th of November 2026.
What might a day at the office look like?
As Facility Assistant, your core responsibility will be to ensure that the office runs smoothly, and everything works behind the scenes.
Your days may include:
- Preparing office breakfast and snacks
- Making sure the coffee machines are up and running
- Managing office supply orders and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting internal events, meetings, and workshops for colleagues and clients
- Welcoming visitors and new employees
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Performing various ad hoc tasks with a positive attitude
You will be part of our global Facility team of 13 colleagues across offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland, India, and UK. You will report to our Facility Director, Mette Teilmann. You will work from our Ballerup office alongside our Office Manager, Agnete Koch Balling, and around 145 colleagues.
What’s needed to succeed in the role?
- People-oriented and social: You enjoy many social interactions and are the go-to person colleagues can rely on for help with practical office tasks.
- Service mindset and hands-on approach: You’re motivated by providing great service and are happy to take on practical, sometimes physically demanding tasks.
- Fluent in both Danish and English: Since we are an international consultancy, you need to be able to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
It is essential that you enjoy having many contacts in your daily work. You may have experience from similar roles, from the service industry such as restaurants, or perhaps something completely different but are now looking for a change in your career. Your background is not the most important factor for us, if you’re on a gap year, we do also love to hear from you.
