📍 Location: Ballerup | Permanent, Full-time
As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of Columbus’ People Team in Denmark (6 colleagues) and our international TA community of 18 passionate peers. Together, we share knowledge, celebrate successes, and collaborate on cross-border recruitment projects.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and take ownership of the full recruitment cycle. This means not just finding the right talent, but also creating memorable candidate experiences, building strong stakeholder relationships, and proudly representing Columbus at career fairs, networking events, and other employer branding activities.

Your Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End recruitment: From writing engaging job ads to screening and interviews
- Be the face of Columbus: Represent us at career fairs, events, and universities, you will be our ambassador and talent magnet.
- Employer branding with impact: Drive creative initiatives to make Columbus a workplace where people aspire to join.
- Candidate experience: Create a warm, professional, and personal journey for every candidate, ensuring timely feedback and clear communication.
We imagine you as an outgoing, extroverted, and proactive personality who loves building connections, whether online or face-to-face. You enjoy being “in the spotlight”, presenting at events, and creating visibility for the company you represent.
You also bring
- 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally within consultancy or tech
- A proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with employer branding and event-based recruitment
- Confidence in stakeholder management and advising hiring managers
- Fluent in Danish and English, and open to learning the “language” of IT acronyms
