As Head of Nordic Payroll
You will be a part of a dedicated team of four people located in Denmark, Norway and Sweden and will report to the Head of Global Finance who is based in Denmark. You will be working closely with the payroll team and global HR.

Your primary stakeholders are in four locations in Scandinavia, and you should expect limited travel activities. We are used to working remotely, but we also acknowledge the importance of meeting up and developing our collaboration, professional relationships and team spirit face to face.
Among your tasks will be
- Leading and managing the Nordic payroll team
- Ensuring streamlined global processes for maximal performance
- Implementing new initiatives (e.g. related to time registration, reimbursement, statistics etc.)
- Counseling related to payroll terms and conditions for employees and management
- Keeping updated on relevant legislation and requirements and ensuring compliance
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the payroll department through optimization of existing processes as well as development and implementation of strategies to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications for the role
You have probably worked within payroll for 5+ years whilst developing your excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. In addition, to be considered for this position, you must have extensive knowledge of Danish tax and labour law and common practice, as well as extensive experience within payroll management, particularly in Denmark. Prior experience with Visma is an advantage.
You probably already have a proven track record of managing successful, ideally international teams, and otherwise your strong leadership skills and strategic mindset have prepared you to take this step in your career.
To be considered for this position, you must speak and write both Danish and English at least at high professional level.
