As a Dynamics Consultant, you will be a member of our Customer Operations team, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our customers when it comes to D365 within the finance area and bank integrations. Your role as Dynamics Consultant

Your primary role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of critical ERP systems for our enterprise clients and having a close relationship with them. By doing so, you will play a crucial role as a knowledgeable partner and resource for our customers in Dynamics 365.

Your role will be specialized within the Finance domain, with a particular focus on banking integration solutions. In other words, you will be vital in ensuring our customers' Dynamics platform is fully functional.

Described in more detail, your tasks will be to:

• Handle day-to-day incidents from Service Now in areas of finance and bank integration solutions such as SK Global and AMC Banking within D365
• Help optimize the way we use Service Now
• Assist in further development of Dynamics 365 solution for our enterprise customers
• Provide advisory services on how to ensure stable operations of D365

You will refere to Casper Pelch, , with whom you will have daily close collaborations with customers, incident managers, as well as our service delivery managers, developers, and other consultants in Columbus. Your work will be in either one of our offices in Aarhus, Middelfart, or Ballerup, but you have the possibility to work from home some days.

About you

In addition to these qualities, we also expect you to possess:

• Experience with AX2012 or D365 within the finance area
• Experience with bank integrations such as SK Global or AMC Banking.
• Experience with end-user and customer assistance
• Fluent spoken and written English, fluency in Danish is not a requirement, but an advantage.
