Finally! In the autumn of 2022, we kick off our Accelerator Program in Digital Commerce!

Are you interested in learning, improving your skills and becoming a true trusted Digital Advisor? Do you want to work in projects creating value with sharp colleagues and customers?

Now we are on the lookout for the next E-commerce colleague who wants to learn how to create innovative solutions and services within to our customers.

As a Columbus Accelerator you will be part of a 6-month packed program, where you will get acquainted with the world of digital commerce though projects and working alongside skilled colleagues. Our measure of success is that you will be able to transition into a permeant part of team.

In the Digital Commerce Accelerator program, you will be part of our 5 people team located in Ballerup. The Commerce team started as a one-man band in 2020 and has now grown 400% last year. But we are not at all done bulking – We have great plans to grow organically over the next years to meet our customers’ needs and to expand our customer and project portfolio. As our Accelerator you will report to the Head of Digital Commerce, Kasper Emil Hansen and work closely together with the Strategic Analyst, Business Development Manager, Solution Architect and the newly joined Project Manager. To give you an idea of the content and learning curve, here’s a sketch of how your first 6 months could look like:

🕵️‍♀️ During 1^st and 2^nd month you will get insight into our range of services, project methodology and internal processes. You will gain good understanding of our customers' challenges and how we support them in their digital transformation journey. During this period, you will also be introduced to the business so you can start building your internal network.

🏄‍♂️ Within 3-6 months: You will turn theory into practice - you will shadow an experienced consultant in sharp customer projects and gradually take on tasks and become part of the customer team.

🏆 Onwards from 6 months: Now you will actively work on various customer projects, we hope onwards as a permanent part of our team. Joining Columbus and especially the Digital Commerce team, you must be curious about the digital world and have an interest in technology as well as a good general business understanding.

Communication is key 🔑 and you will be in a position where you will have contact with several people both internally and externally, so your communicative ability is important, and you must thrive in a customer-friendly role and close collaboration with your team. For the program to be as rewarding as possible, we believe that some form of relevant or translatable experience is important. We would therefore like that you can ✔️ on the following:

📚 Relevant education – Preferably bachelor’s or master’s degree within Economics, Marketing, Communication or of course E-commerce.

👷 2-4 years’ work experience as student worker or maybe full time. Maybe you work with a field related to E-commerce today or with something quite different, want to change your path – We fortunately for you like surprises.

🤹 Danish and English fluency.

The accelerator program is a fantastic launch pad into our organization where you will gain practical experience and knowledge from various projects, customers, and technologies. We offer permanent employment with a probationary period of 6 months, starting in September. We provide career development where you from Accelerator can transition into the position of Business Analyst and from there on you have several options depending on performance and interest.
