What do a Strategy Consultant do at Columbus?
As a Strategy Consultant you will have two areas of responsibility. Firstly, you will be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our customers. You inspire, help, and guide them to understand what needs to be done in order to utilize their e-commerce investments. You are, for example, working with customers visions, goals, processes, and choice of platform. All with the purpose of helping clients in their digital journey of change.
The second area of responsibility is within pre-sale, both to new and existing customers. In this area you often work together with different roles to create a strong sales team.
You are a good communicator and can mediate your message to management, managers as well as specialists. You are creating trust and building long-term relationships for all parts. As a strategic partner to our clients, you are the person with solutions, ideas and the one leading customers in the right direction. It is of importance that you can substantiate your theories within digital commerce and dare to challenge our customers to maximize results.

The position as Strategy Consultant has emerged due to our global company strategy and an increased need at our customers. The strategy team is senior with many years of e-commerce experience. We are looking forward to our new senior colleague joining our team that will have the opportunity to shape and develop our offering and clients.
You will report to Head of Strategy, Dan Andersson. We are passionate about the digital change journeys, a customer-focused way-of-working and we have a tailwind within sales, with new and continued trust in our customers, both in terms of B2C and B2B.
The competence we are looking for
- Long experience of implementing e-commerce systems or responsibility for the e-commerce function within B2B or B2C
- Understanding of what new technology, multiple channels and customer-focus implicates and what significance it has from a strategic point of view
- Experience from sales and pre-sales, or project situations where you as an advisor mediate and argues for your beliefs through trust-inspiring communication
- We are operating in an international environment, so you communicate fluently in English. It is also desired that you speak either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
This position is for you that has extensive experience within digitalization and digital commerce, you have done the journey multiple times and are now looking for a role as strategic advisor.
